Revival and Reformation Ministries

Revival & ReformationMinistries is a Non-denominational Christian Organization located at No. 8 Umuleri Street off Ziks Avenue, behind CIDJAP Enugu.

This Ministry is not a church but rather we have been called to pray for revival, deal with foundational problems, which hinder revival and growth in Christianity, such as Idolatry, occultism and secret societies. We evangelize and, disciple converts in obedience and through the power of the Holy Spirit. We are open to the Holy Spirit and will obey His instructions. Each disciple who is called will be sent forth to disciple others. The hallmark of Discipleship will lead to building Discipleship centers. As revival starts in Igbo land, it will spread to other parts of the country.

About the later part of 1988 I saw myself in a dream standing in my Hospital building with my whole frame taller than the building wearing Bishop’s Robe and treating patients. I was not used to dreaming and when I did, the memory of the details always vanished by the time I woke from sleep, but this incident remained vivid. Sharing that experience with friends who were older in the Full Gospel Businessmen’s Fellowship didn’t offer to me any satisfactory interpretation. I however did not like the idea of going to train for Priesthood after I had reached the height of my profession in medicine and I was ageing. Since that incident I have had several supernatural encounters with the Lord, the details of which I cannot share here.

The impact of receiving Christ in my life as an adult showed me that it is the only way of changing the Man. I considered that massive convertion of the populace to Christianity is the only thing that will change the state of our country spiritually, materially and economically and is a task that must be done, and the only way to bring sanity to every aspect of life in this country. How can this be done? The answer is for God Himself to come down and touch his people and that is REVIVAL. From that time I started thinking seriously about nation wide revival. Subsequent problems in the church made this revival more urgent and imperative for this generation. This burden for the church and the nation resulted in my publications two years ago of a book titled “Revival and Reformation passionately desired for our generation”. Before that publication I had passed through a wilderness experience that lasted 7 years. The details of which, I cannot recount here. And during which time I closed down my hospital. Early last year Jesus spoke to me in my place of prayer in a trance in the same words he used when he called Nathaniel in St John Chapter 1 verse 48 “when thou was under a Fig tree I saw thee” This seemed to me to be an Apostolic Calling. For this call to be actualized the Holy Spirit started dealing with me and leading me. As I prayed for revival, the fruit of revival-, which are the new converts, have to be disciple. The Holy Spirit impressed on my mind that discipleship which Jesus Christ started and the Apostles continued is the chief method of producing a Christ like character. One cannot reproduce the image of Christ by just going to worship in church every Sunday. This ceremonial worship was condemned by Christ and He started teaching and healing. Lack of discipleship has been the bane of Christianity in this generation thereby producing people with Christian names without Christian Character and with only superficial knowledge of the power and riches of Christ. This has resulted in nominal Christianity which makes them look for power and prosperity outside Christ, but in secret societies, traditional medicine men, occultism and Indian supernatural science.
